This notice, provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidelines of 10 June 2021, describes how personal data of visitors to https://www.rariplast.com are processed.

Fields marked as required are needed to answer your enquiry. Without these details, we cannot provide the requested service. We do not use automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
The contact form does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Campaign Monitor delivers newsletters to subscribers, who can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in each communication. Accepting statistics is not required to use the form.
3. Recipients
Data may be processed by the following service providers, acting as processors or independent controllers as applicable:
- Smarti, technical management of the website and statistics. Website.
- Vercel Inc., hosting and server functions. Privacy policy.
- Resend, contact form delivery. Privacy policy.
- Microsoft, Microsoft 365 business email. Privacy statement.
- Campaign Monitor, newsletter management and delivery. Privacy and data protection policies.
Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. Personal data are not made public.
4. International transfers
Vercel, Resend, Microsoft and Campaign Monitor may process data outside the European Union. Transfers are subject to the safeguards required under Articles 44 to 49 GDPR, including the Standard Contractual Clauses and the measures set out in each provider’s data processing agreement, where applicable. Resend uses Standard Contractual Clauses and the measures described in its data processing agreement.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The following cookie was identified in the scan performed on 1 October 2026. Umami statistics are enabled only after consent and do not use cookies. There are no advertising or profiling tools.
